Don’t you think it’s interesting how the Christians in general, and the LDS population in particular (not all, of course, but a lot), have fallen for the rhetoric of the far right of not needing to care for the “least among us”? To me, it seems so far from what Christ himself taught – but maybe I’m reading a different Bible than they are!

It does seem frightening how many on the right are ready to dismantle the court system though.

Folks on the right have a corrupted sense on justice. They’ve taken individual responsibility to an extreme that allows them to say, “other people are not my problem.”
